Maximum file size is 30 MB. Allowed file formats .pdf, .xlsx, .docx, .png, .txt, .jpg, .jpeg.

Your data will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. Before submitting a pet's medical history to AniCura, you must inform the pet owner that their data is being shared with AniCura. Personal information must be sent securely.
